For all installations, you can directly connect to the Dell MGMT VM using any protocol from any network that is routable to the Azure Stack Hub environment.
Also, during the design stage, you must define a list of permitted networks that allow access to the switch management interfaces, HLH operating system, and HLH iDRAC. To verify what networks are added to the ACLs, go to the Scale Unit (SA) tab and then go to the Permitted Network Addresses section, as shown in the following figure:
Note: If you have not defined the permitted networks, you can only access the devices through the MGMT VM.
