Azure Stack HCI provides flexible, scalable, and secure solutions to organizations wanting to consolidate virtualized workloads using a hybrid cloud solution strategy. We acquired a 5-node cluster of Dell AX750 Azure Stack nodes with the 22H2 operating system (build 20349.1970) with NVIDIA GPU support. Local storage for the cluster is a total of 120 1.6TB SSD all flash drives to meet the performance needs and scaling of demanding computer vision and VMS workloads.
Before you purchase hardware and deploy the Azure Stack HCI operating system:
- Plan your physical network requirements and host network requirements.
- Choose drive type and capacity.
- Plan volumes to meet your storage performance and capacity requirements.
We used our knowledge of implementing AI systems with VMS and Computer Vision capability to choose a configuration for our Dell AX nodes for Azure Stack HCI with the following components.
