OpenShift Container Platform 4.10 offers two different types of cluster topologies:
Single-node OpenShift bundles control-plane and data-plane capabilities into a single server.
See Installing a multinode cluster or Installing a single-node cluster as appropriate for the installation steps. The postinstallation procedures that this guide describes are the same for multinode and single-node OpenShift deployments.
OpenShift provides users with a consistent experience irrespective of the deployment topology.
Note: All nodes must run in UEFI mode so that the playbooks running in the CSAH node work effectively.
