- By collecting detailed data on team members' preferences through the dataset, the chatbot can prioritize matches that align with individual interests. For instance, if a team member prefers working on AI projects, the chatbot will rank such projects higher in its recommendations.
- The chatbot’s ability to balance project needs with individual preferences improves overall engagement.
