The certified Oracle database 19c version for Oracle Linux 7+ is Oracle Enterprise Edition 19.0.0.0 with minimum RU 19.6 (or 19.6 with patches) and the minimum kernel version is 4.14.35-1818.3.3.el7uek.x86_64 or later. For more information, go to this link (an Oracle Support account is required).
