Unity XT storage is designed for all-flash arrays and is available for converged deployment, as a hybrid system, and as a software-defined virtual edition.
Note: The software-defined virtual edition is not certified for SAP HANA deployments.

All Unity XT models are certified for SAP HANA TDI deployments using either FC SAN or NAS (NFS) protocols. When using one of the hybrid models, ensure that the storage pools serving the SAP HANA persistence (data and log) reside on flash disks.
