You can install and configure applications in Automation Suite for various purposes.
Currently, Automation Suite supports remote serviceability and support. The Embedded Service Enabler (ESE) provides a remote connection to Dell serviceability and support using a secure connectivity gateway (SCG). This provides a way for Support personnel to securely access an Automation Suite instance to troubleshoot issues.
After installing remote serviceability and support, you can configure ESE in the Settings module under the Home page of the web user interface. In the Settings page, the Connectivity Service option is available.
