An alert triggers the incident closure due to the property active=false and the existing alertId in the incident database.

The explore REST API webapp responds with the following request summary:

The status code must be 200 OK. The Response Body message reflects the specific action being performed in ServiceNow (Incident closed).
The existing incident is updated with a Closed state.
