When CAVA performs a scan, it does so under the credentials of the service account of the CAVA service. By default, the service account is the Local System account. This account does not exist on the PowerScale cluster. Use the following steps to change the service account to either a user in the Domain or a local user on the PowerScale cluster being scanned.
services.msc
Note: It is not recommended to use a domain controller as a CAVA scan server. To gain the ability to scan the process list, you need to add a user to the Domain Admins group which gives them much higher privileges than required to perform an AV scan.
