You can save Bare Metal Orchestrator events to a .zip file that automatically downloads to the Downloads folder on your Windows management console. Gathered events are saved in JSON format.
The maximum number of events Bare Metal Orchestrator can collect is approximately 50,000 (or 50MB). For the download, the collected events are saved as separate JSON files with up to 2,000 events in each. If the total number of events exceed 2,000, then multiple JSON files are included in the .zip file. For example: if there are 10,000 events, then five JSON files with 2,000 events each are included in the .zip file.
The current date and time are appended to the download .zip file name. For example, the downloaded .zip file for events that are collected on May 11, 2023 at 1:30:12 pm is named as follows:
events_2023_05_11_14_30_12.zip
