The show mclag brief command shows the status of the MC-LAG domain. One switch has the role set to active and the other standby. Session Status and Peer Link Status should both be up. The Mclag System Mac must be the same on both leaf switches in the pair. It must be different from all other leaf pairs and devices in the leaf-spine fabric.
Before PowerFlex node deployment, the MC-LAG interface status for the PowerFlex port channels shows down/up or up/down. After the PowerFlex nodes are deployed, the status for the connected port channels should change to up/up.
